All our plans — monthly and yearly — are subscription-based digital services. Once a plan is activated, you gain immediate access to the platform and its features.

By completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the billing terms and conditions presented at the time of checkout.

Refund Eligibility

We want every customer to have a great experience. Refund requests will be considered under the following conditions:

  • Request is raised within 7 days of the original purchase date.
  • The service has not been significantly used — minimal or no data created.
  • There is a verified technical failure on our end that prevented normal usage of the service.

  • Cancellation stops all future billing immediately.
  • No refund will be issued for the remaining days of the current billing cycle after cancellation.
  • You will retain access to the service until the end of your current paid period.

  • The refund amount will be credited back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
